Week 1: Written Reflection
I learn about my interests through self-reflection, which is an excellent way. First, I reminisced about my past experiences, thinking about the activities, hobbies, and projects I enjoyed. This will give me a clue as to what I naturally like. Then I analyzed my values. I learned my values and what was important to me. And I think about my strengths, and I use my strengths to know what I'm good at.
Through self-reflection, I discovered I am deeply interested in the universe and future technology. This process helped me understand that my values include exploration, innovation, and discovery. As I reflected on my past experiences, I realized that I have always been fascinated by space and the mysteries of the universe. I have enjoyed reading books and watching documentaries about space, and I strongly desire to learn more about the latest advancements in space technology. During my self-reflection, I spent a lot of time understanding my values. I realized this was crucial in understanding who I am and what is important to me. I took the time to reflect on my past experiences, thoughts, and emotions to identify what mattered to me.
My first experience with self-reflection was a journey of self-discovery. I had never truly understood my values and interests, but I knew it was essential to do so. At first, I found it challenging to quiet my mind and focus on my inner thoughts. However, as I continued to practice, I began to gain insights into what was important to me. My values included honesty, kindness, and a strong desire to help others. These values were evident in my actions and decisions and integral to my identity.
