GR810_OL1: Thesis 3

Instructor: Laurie Makela

Week 6

In this app user testing session, Michael G. found the login, space travel booking, and points redemption functions to be well-designed, convenient, and intuitive, particularly the clarity of the points system process. However, he pointed out that the homepage feels a bit empty and suggested adding news content related to the space elevator to enhance information density and improve user experience. Nina J. raised concerns about participating in the space photography contest, noting that the rules for selecting the best work and the prize system were not clear enough. However, she felt that the overall experience with social interactions, the blog feature, and adding friends was smooth and clear. Anna K. provided feedback that the QR code function and group chat creation were simple and easy to understand, with smooth operations and a great user experience. Overall, the testing results show that most features are easy to use, but the homepage and some detailed functions could be further improved.

Additionally, this week I followed the instructor's suggestions from last week to adjust and revise the overall design of the thesis process book, website, app, posters, flag banners, e-commerce advertisement, and Galaxy candy box. The goal is to achieve better visual and typographical consistency and logic.
