Week 5: Visual System

When refining the user flow, I aimed to decrease the interactivity on the website in order to differentiate between the Website and the App. I added more details about browsing the Spacewalk activities and the Space Observation experience. Additionally, I enhanced the user journey for shopping in the Online Space Gift Shop. Users have the option to create a new account or continue as a guest. If users want to book a trip on the space elevator, they would need to download the official GalaxiLift App. This approach is intended to enhance user interaction with the App. Throughout this process, I learned the importance of viewing the entire GalaxiLift journey from the user's perspective. It helped me understand the sequence in which a user would consume the information on the website.
